Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling The carriage charges given are based on Royal Mail Letterpost for small items and Parcelforce Standard Zone 1 rate for larger parcels.

For Non UK Orders up to 2kg in weight, we use Royal Mail "Small Packet" Airmail. Due to instances of loss with overseas deliveries, the Carriage includes "International Signed For" and Compensation for Loss. This applies to Non EU Countries and Rest of the World.

For heavier parcels, we will advise you of the carriage cost separately after you have placed your order, but before despatch.

If the customer has selected an incorrect carriage charge, we reserve the right to adjust to the price to the correct amount.

KUDOS products are delivered directly at a cost of £8.50 + VAT. Please place a separate order with us for KUDOS products.

Alternatively we may at our option choose a separate method of carriage but the carriage charge will be limited to that which you have authorised when placing your order.

For deliveries outside Zone 1 (England, Wales and Parts of Southern Scotland), we reserve the right to charge extra carriage, but before doing so we will email the extra charge for your approval and will not process your credit card payment until we have received your approval by email, fax or letter.

You will receive an order confirmation as soon as possible after your order has been accepted.

Delivery Schedule Subject to the item being in stock:

Small items are despatched by post generally in 48 hours after receipt of order.
Larger items are despatched by carrier generally in 48 hours from receipt of order
Unless a stock item, leads and collars are specially hand made and will generally be despatched in 21 days.
Orders delivered directly from third parties are delivered as soon as possible within the third party's delivery schedule.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Returns Policy Generally, The Consumer Credit (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 give you the right to return goods for up to 7 working days after you have received them without giving a reason. Goods made or modified to your requirements such as leather collars cannot automatically be returned for credit or exchange unless faulty.
